1. Payment Method

Edubongo currently operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. No advance online payment is required unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return only if:

✔️ You received a wrong product
✔️ The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery
✔️ The product is missing pages or defective (for books/guides)

📌 Return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Minor printing variations
❌ Products damaged after delivery
❌ Used, written, or altered books
❌ Digital products or downloaded content (if applicable)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2️⃣ Provide order number + clear photos/video of the issue
3️⃣ Our team will review and confirm eligibility
4️⃣ Approved returns will be arranged via courier

5. Replacement Policy

If the return is approved, we will provide a replacement product (subject to stock availability).

Replacement delivery time may vary depending on location.

📌 We do not provide cash refunds for COD orders. Replacement is the primary resolution.

6. Delivery Charge

If the mistake is from Edubongo, return & re-delivery charge will be borne by us.

If the issue is not valid or customer-caused, delivery charges may apply.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible for COD orders.

8. Refusal of Delivery

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in:
❌ Account restriction
❌ Future COD order blocking

9. Policy Abuse

Edubongo reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements if we detect misuse or abuse of this policy.
